The technicians you sent to my home were phenomenal! They were so knowledgeable and friendly. They walked us through the whole process and provided great recommendations for both our title and carpet cleaning and sealing. They worked meticulously and efficiently; I can’t believe how quickly everything was cleaned (including the couch and rug). Thank you for the great work; we will be using your services again.

Well let’s start with the estimate was around $260 when your guy came he measured and the final price was $406. That’s a lot more than the estimate. Since when I called I have the same exact house as the one you were doing. The guy that did the job was not personable.
I’ve used your company to clean my carpets and the guy you sent to do that job was much better. I understand that an estimate is just an estimate but $140 more just doesn’t seem right.

Service wasn’t bad it was just way too quick. Spending a little extra time would have yielded much better results. I do a better job cleaning the carpets myself which I will most likely do moving forward.

My service tech was Terry. Terry is an A+ tech. He took the time to show me problem areas and how to resolve them. Terry was very knowledgeable in his work. I was 100% confident that my carpets were cleaned and I understood what I was paying for.
Be cheaper. Even with specials, compared to other rug cleaning companies, you are expensive, and not that much better.

Shampoo carpet rugs INSIDE. Having to drag my rug outside onto the concrete driveway was more of a pain than anything.
