I had a positive cleaning experience. However there were a few stains that did not come completely out. The gentleman who cleaned told me that everything might not come out.

The person who was here was very nice and professional. He worked hard.
We were under the impression there would be no stiff residue that is found in other cleaning techniques. We had stiff carpet when dry. Even after vacuuming it remained. We had new carpet 2 years old and older carpet cleaned there was no difference in the stiffness that remained.
I really wouldn’t recommend you without telling my friend our outcome.

Arrived on time. Provided an estimate before starting. Cost was reasonable. Service person was knowledgeable and courteous. Cleaning equipment was impressive. No pushy up-selling. Carpet was dry after 8 hrs. We will employ this company again.

We are asked all the time by our flooring customers in both locations, "Who do we recommend for cleaning their carpet?" We would be happy to send you our referrals because if you do a good job, we both get credit from the customer.

By the way, there is one spot in the Master Bedroom that is about 2 sq.ft. that is really hard (crusty?) and I have no idea why. Please call us in a few days and let's see if it will go away by itself, otherwise, we may need your expertise.

I like the fact that you use powered water, and don’t have the crunchy soap residue. Also the quick drying time. Dustin the technician was very nice and did a good job explaining what he was going to do and also about the equipment in the process. I would recommend your company to my friends and others.
