Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. They were on time, professional, and finished quicker than I thought. The price is a little higher than other companies but definitely worth it.
I was quoted $300. The tech that came out wanted to charge me$750! I did the basic for $300, which I had originally been told would be the cost for the entire service and the carpet is not clean

The cleaning process is wonderful. Our carpet look as if they were just installed. The sofa and sectionals appear brighter them when we purchase them. The technicians are very professional and courteous. Terry H. was our Technician. He worked hard to clean everything. He was courteous, professional and desired to give the best results possible. He reviewed our wishes and explained our costs. We will request Terri for our cleaning next year. This is the fourth year we have utilized Zerorez. Fabulous!
This is the most I’ve spent to have my carpets cleaned. $300 and it didn’t feel or look clean. The spots we had became darker and more spots came up than before. I called to reschedule since you offer a “30 day guarantee” and was told it would cost another $75. Very frustrating having just spent $300. We went with the “top of the line” company because we were bringing a newborn home. Very disappointed and never time we’ll go with the less expensive company.

I was initially happy with the technician. However, after he left I discovered a painting leaning against the wall. He must have bumped it and dislodged the hanger but did not mention it to me.

The gentleman that cam and used your product on our carpets knew what he was doing.
The only thing I was disappointed is was being able to get rid of the cat urine smell. He said it was $75.00 per gallon, and we needed at least 20 gallons.
The service is outstanding and so are the technicians.
I was very impressed by the courteous service, the prompt arrival time and how the technician was able to get my really nasty living room carpet clean again!

Friendly and easy to schedule service
The results were poor. No stains were removed and now there are permanent pattern marks on the couch from the equipment. Also the rugs once dry turned out just like the we were worried about the dirt more noticeable and crunchy
