The staff is very professional and they explain different options available. I chose to have extra protection for $25 per room and was told that this will last twice as long as the regular treatment. I have been pleased with Zerorez for the last three years and find they are better than other carpet cleaners. Also, they guarantee their work and will redo any areas if you are not satisfied.
i love how clean and new my old car seats look! the technicians did a very thorough job and the seats and floors look even better than expected, and i expected a lot! definitely referring to EVERYONE i meet :)
Prompt efficient service
The service is fine if you want a quick clean and dry in traffic areas. Other services we have used moved furniture to clean underneath and used Styrofoam pads to replace the furniture legs. The serviceman was efficient and friendly.
