You use no chemicals

The actual technician that came out the day of my service was wonderful I regret that I do not remember his name but he did a very good job. What I am very unsatisfied with is the customer service I had over the phone… Initially I booked my appointment online on a Sunday evening, Monday morning I called to verify that my special request could be taken care of. In the online booking there was an area to place notes and I requested that I have Evan Lane as my service provider as he has helped many of my family members and I wanted to continue with that loyalty. The woman that I spoke to Monday morning assured me that they had received my special request and it would not be a problem that Evan Lane would be who was scheduled for my job. In the days leading up to my appointment and it seems that there’s a lot of dropping the ball when it comes to confirmations and sharing information. First call I received Left a voicemail and indicated that I needed to call them back and order to confirm my time slot. I called back and was on hold for approximately 10 minutes before I gave up and requested a call back. When I was called back I went ahead and confirmed my appointment verified my address as well as gave a gate code. The next day I received another phone call a Message was left with the same info I needed to call back in order to confirm my timeslot. So I called again waiting on hold again for about eight minutes before I hung up and sent an email stating that I had already confirmed my appointment I didn’t wanna lose my timeslot. My email was responded to promptly but I was notified that my confirmation had not been recorded. Then the day of the service I learn that not only is Evan not going to be providing my service but he doesn’t even work on Mondays so when I called after initially setting this whole thing up and I specifically requested him I was more than willing to reschedule to ensure that I received him as my service provider but apparently that wasn’t taken into account or maybe it was never notated on my file to begin with.

Abraham took his time and was very meticulous in cleaning the tracks left by our new puppy. The carpets look and smell great again.

The technician was very thorough and friendly but he has strong body odor that permeated throughout my house and took time to air out.

I was really hoping this system would do great. I was very happy with the tech that did the work.
he took his time and did the extra thing iI asked. but when it comes right down to it after letting the carpet dry for a day. They did not come as clean as I thought they would and maybe because of the empowered water they do not seem to smell as clean as they do when I use my own shampooer.
There a couple areas that seem to be gray looking. Could be they are just too old and need to be replaced. I will try a couple things to see if I can get them look and smell better before I replace.
The system looked like it worked good and like I said Jeff the Tech did a great job and was very pleasant. He kept on asking if I was happy. and he even when over a couple area again for me.
Very happy with him and everything he did. just not sold on cleaning system.
FYI also used empowered water system when I was running hotels back east. but never on carpet.

Everyone I worked with was very nice but maybe you could improve on the texting quotes. I didn’t realize when the person I was texting didn’t put our stairs in our quote even though I specifically said stairs and we talked about all the rooms upstairs and down stairs and they still didn’t think to put the stairs in the quote. It was a whole house they were doing I think they should have caught that. So between the stairs and a little tiny entryway and a small laundry room that was forgotten I ended up almost $200 above what I was quoted. Also I have seen so many pictures of houses that looked much worse than mine come out a lot cleaner than mine but maybe they had better carpet. I’m not sure. I didn’t expect to pay $800 and still be able to see darker traffic areas and still be able to see the outline of where our rug was on our tile floor but I am not a carpet/tile cleaner so I guess I shouldn’t have had such high expectations. Thank you.

The technician James was knowledgable and productive. My carpets look great and the sofa is much better.

Very professional and very thorough

I have used Zerorez in the past for carpet and furniture. This is the first time I used them for tile. I have always been very satisfied in the past and this time was the same. The technician knew what he was doing, was very pleasant and did an excellent job.

well first time service was great but they did leave some residue from the pre spray behind a white film type stuff that the new guy cleaned, first time 2 guys came and really did a amazing job grout was spectacular and unfortunately this time only one guy came and i felt he worked hard and tile looked great but when it dried there are a couple area's you can see didn't get even cleaned you can see the perfect round spots where the machine went but didn't get next to it so it stick out to me like a sore thumb also a couple areas where that white stuff is in the grout now and the grout in general in no where even close to as clean as the first time. the first time the 2 guys absolutely did a amazing job and i was hoping for the same type of service the second time. maybe because there was only one guy not sure.
