There were still several grout lines that still looked dirty.
Professions , timely , did a pretty good job on an old tile/grout cleaning. The rep was very friendly and informative. Definitely would use to guys again

Area rug didn’t totally come clean. Thought I would get price I originally signed up for which was the 3 room special but then price changed once tech got there. Wish prices would be honest up front before anyone came out. If you saw the small area they counted as a “room” you would laugh. I’m happy to send photos. Was happy with my last house but this time will not use again or recommend. I didn’t like the tactic used where I thought I was getting once price/service and then it switched.

I like the chemical free application as well as the flexibility with scheduling. It also did a good job at removing the dirt and stains from the carpets

Seemed awfully fast. One once-over. Could have spent a little more time on walking areas as they were not completely eliminated from soil.
The representative was friendly. The variety of cleaning services is excellent. A little disappointed in the grout outcome. Our representative was clear upfront about what the grout will look like in the outcome and offered to show us a small spot for reference. We understood but would still rather have more focus on grout outcome than the actual tile.

Dan who did our carpet cleaning was a true professional!! His concern for detail was the best. We had several spots that a previous carpet cleaning service was unable to remove ,but when Dan was finished they were completely gone! Our carpets now look like they were just installed ! I will wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone!
