Love that there is no chemical residue .
But, our tech missed a couple of corners in our master bath.

Just like it is advertised clean carpet and No crunchy carpets.. and the tile was clean .. it was worth the money which was a good deal too for all o had done..

Never used this carpet cleaning service before.
Heard about it on the radio. Thought I would give it a try and I'm very pleased with the results. Nice to be able to walk on clean carpet without the crunch
underfoot.

It was very easy to schedule and change services before the appointment and on the day of the appointment. James was very through in his explanations of what he would be doing, and his recommendations for various areas. The process was much quicker than I anticipated, and the floors looks amazing!

I loved Austin. He was very polite and thorough. He showed up a little early, which I loved and he started right away. I would have him come to my house anytime.
Regarding your produces? The can't be beat. Love that my carpet drys fast and there is no residue.

I wasn’t happy with the results of my tile. The grout and tile are 6 months old.

Tech left the floor wet. We asked him to mop it. He did, but apparently used a dirty mop. After he left, we checked the floor and found his shoe prints drying in the wet spots! Some corners were left puddled. So, after paying $245, we got on our hands and knees and tried to soak up some of it. We found that some sort of residue was all over the floor making it difficult to clean. We finally called and complained. Why should we be doing work after paying someone else to do it??? Clearly, proper training is not a priority at zerorez. We give them a 0.

Called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled. Yes I said. The techs worked efficiently and thoroughly. The cleaning of my sofa was excellent. It looked new. They cleaned up before they left. It was a good experience.

Friendly technicians that explained every step of the job. Kept me informed of progress as they went along. Showed areas of concern before and after job.

Terrell was very professional and courteous and on time . I feel like he clean everything like it was his own home . I couldn’t believe how self conscious And detail he was ! He was amazing. If I was the owner of this business I would figure out how to take this guy and have him be the trainer of all the Zerorez franchise . If you could duplicate . His Professionalism and his act of care to details and Smile and joy towards his job it was top-notch .. Absolutely amazing. I believe in Zerorez 100% my couches came out better than when I Bought them !!! Absolutely absolutely absolutely Amazing. And I love how I can lay on my couch . With my kids and wife and not feel like I am laying On chemicals that May Harm my family later down the road which we don’t know. . But to lay on the couch the next day with my kids and my wife with peace of mind . It is a great feeling . I will always use Zerorez . I was so happy that I did not use the other companies . Which I was going to use . I made a great decision. Top top notch company I would invest in this company in a heartbeat .. I now believe in this company and in there product . And in their advertisement it was spot on . I will recommend zerorez to everyone. I believe that it all started first with the technician . Who represents the company. And who believes in his job ..... If the owner of Zerorez .does not act on my suggestion . They are making a very very big mistake. In my opinion We need more Terrell that care about their job as much as he does . And do a phenomenal job to represent his Bosses companies . Which he acted like it was this own Co .Great representation . He believed in the company which made me believe in Zerorez . It is Very hard to find guys or workers like Terrell . This technician was absolutely amazing in how he represented Zerorez . I Believe In this company 100 %. And to see the results the next day was amazing. And to have a Technician who could not stop talking about how he believes in the company and to have him believe that he is helping family stay safe from harmful Chemicals . Amazing . To all the potential customers out there . You have my word and my testimony this is a great company . It is very hard to find a company that is honest as this one . You will not be disappointed . I would invest my money in buying into Zerorez . After see the results that my family and I see . That is how much I believe in this Co . And also as long as I could take Terrell . I know you will be as happy as much I am !! Great Job!!!!

I liked that the technician was able to remove the smell of dog urine & really got the carpet cleaned

My carpet turned out amazing...I had no idea that it could look so great again and clean and smell fresh. The two fellas were very professional and did not leave any mess and worked diligently on the carpet till the work was done and in a faster time than I thought it would take.

Tech knew what he was doing and did an excellent job of cleaning both carpet and tile. Pointed oout several issues for us to think about and not just things he could up-sell us.

Carpet is wonderful, tile is great, the grout is a huge improvement but needs re-grouted in several areas where it is failing.

We'll keep telling friends and businesses about the great job you folks do and how well your process works compared to other cleaners.

I have used Zerorez for many years. The technicians are always polite and friendly and the do a wonderful job of getting the carpets clean and any stains out. Zerorez technique leaves my carpets clean and soft.

The two people I had come this week were excellent. They did excellent work and I enjoyed having them at my home.
