Cleaning last longer than others... so far big difference in our tile compared to tile we didnt do. ... techs are friendly but professional...really want to tell supervisor how much we liked Josh this we eek....would ask for him back everytime. . .. we think prices reasonable.

For over $400 I wish my flooring looked 100 times better than it does. I wish I would have just saved my money as it pretty much looks like it was just recently mopped and that’s it.

Technician was right on time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. My carpets are soft and clean and they dried faster than cleanings from other companies I’ve used in the past.
No residue left that tends to pick up the dirt. No funny smells that linger forever. Techs really try to do the best job possible for the customer. My tile and carpet are very clean! I will be using them again!
The appointment time window is ridiculous. Communication could be better. It took me the customer calling multiple times to get an eta on time when tech would arrive. Tech arrived outside of appointment time. Was compensated. Thank you. Tech was very pleasant and courteous. Did good job.

Appreciated the patient, polite, and genuine customer service I received at each 'touch point' of the process...from calling in to schedule the service, to the notification of arrival, to the actual service itself. My service tech explained what he was going to do BEFORE he did it, told me how long it'd take, what was covered and what wasn't, and, icing on the cake, he was tremendously patient and sweet with my 1 year old 'puppy' (she's full grown but still full of energy when new people enter the home). Service turned out excellent, price was great, overall a very positive experience from start to finish.
