This is the 5th year we have had zerorez out just before the holidays.. They always do a good job

I have used Zerorez a few times and have been very satisfied with the jobs performed in the past - both tile and carpet cleaning. This time I had my tile cleaned . The technician left the floor much wetter than I remember from previous times, so I got a beach towel and dried the floors in my kitchen and family room. (the rest of the rooms were not as wet) When I was putting the furniture back I noticed several spots had been missed. I called your customer service phone number - I sat on hold for a LONG time. Finally I spoke with a customer service person who told he could set up an appointment next week. I went ahead and set the appointment for next Thursday. I would have thought he might have tried to get someone out the next day instead of a regularly scheduled appointment that was disappointing.
