Love love love Zerorez. My carpets always look and smells incredible after they leave. Austin, my technician is great. He is always professional and does a fantastic job. I have been using Zerorez for 6 years and will never use anyone else. Highly recommend!!! ( I am a real customer and did not receive any compensation for my review)
The technician was incredibly efficient, fast, knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable and most importantly my carpet looks incredible! Absolutely no complaints :-)

Very good cleaning and professional service
The empowered water makes all the difference.. No soap and no crunch. The carpets were clean and fresh. And they looked almost new again. Saved me from replacing them sooner than I would have.

We paid extra for the shower and had all our tile floors done but there doesn't seem any difference. The shower still has a lot of dark spots and the tech said may not come out. If I would have know before hand I would have not paid extra to do the shower.

We like the clean that comes from Zerorez as well as the way they get pet stains up. We have used Zerorez for years, in various states and cities we have lived in. Zerorez is always our first choice!

I can’t pinpoint one thing but overall experience could be better. The associate was very kind and did good job.
I like the less chemicals idea. Although I’ve used ZeroRez for years, This was the first time that I had the tiles cleaned. It made such a difference! My entire house feels so much cleaner!
