Great service!
The entire process was easy! Extremely friendly personnel - from the phone representative, Jonathan to the technician, Brandon. Our carpet had heavy foot traffic marks on the stairway that came right out. Will definitely be using Zerorez again.

I don't think a bedroom that has a California king bed and dresser with only 2 feet on each side should be considered a whole room. Especially when we have to move all the furniture in the house ourselves.

Abraham cleaned and sealed our tile on September 29 and he did an awesome job. He was professional, courteous and such a hard worker. He then left our home and went to our second home and cleaned and sealed the tile at that house. He worked non-stop and did not miss a spot on our tile. Great Job Abraham!!!

As far as referral, it will depend on how far gone the carpets already are. Mine were visibly in good shape but previous renter had a dog that peed all over them. Your tech sold me on a $300 odor eliminator package after looking at the black light with him and it still smells the same now that it’s dry..... I feel helpless after spending that much money to have them cleaned and my daughters new room still smells terrible. However, if Myself or someone I knew had newer carpets in a home I would absolutely recommend for more regular cleaning so as to not allow the carpets to get too bad. I am also concerned that I got swindled on the protective coating on the carpet because I did a small water test to see the beading and blotting clean up described by the tech and it just went straight in to the carpet.....
