The before and after photos on your website led me to believe all the stains in my grout would be gone. The technician explained that since my grout had never been sealed, the stains could not be removed. I was very disappointed. However, the grout does look much better and the tile as well. I feel the process cleaned really well.
It's the best I've seen, and the technicians have always done a fantastic job.
Fast, efficient, friendly. The pet odor up charge scheme is ridiculous.

The technician was very personable and professional. I had one small area that was extremely dirty and I requested he do it a second time and he very gladly did. I am a widow living alone and he helped me put a couple items of furniture back in place. He was outstanding and I will request him the next time I call Zeroez!!!
Also, the carpet is soft after it dries. Not crunchy like other cleaners i have had.
We like that you don't use chemicals. Our rugs looked great, colors really popped.

20 minutes late for 2 hour window with notice after 2 hour window was up. Did good job but why call your company over another for more money? The process was similar and very neat. I always ask myself why would someone call me as a real estate agent rather than someone else? In this was I'm not quite sure.

The appointment was September 5th. An area rug had to be taken for immersion cleaning. We have not been given an update at all. I was told it would be 7-8 days for the cleaning to be done. I am currently on hold with your company to inquire...going on 8 minutes. Otherwise, the cleaning that was done to a love seat was done well and the person who was doing it was professional and personable.

They work!!! They are clean!! And the staff are just so sweet!
The scheduling was odd this time. On line was the only way because the phone lines were tied up all the time. I had to call myself to get a verbal confirmation and the tech this time was not very good. There no request for the deodorizing spray that makes my house smell good. I had a room where dogs were kept and it just smelled like wet dog after he left. No fresh smell. I paid for the doggie bed to be done and there was still hair all over it. Last time the tech took his time and did an excellent job. I suspect the company was sold and there are new owners but I didnt research it. The service level has dropped significantly on all fronts. While I love the product, it is only as good as the techs that do the work. Very disappointed. First time I have felt this way ever.. I would need a smoking deal with a good tech to risk almost $500 again :-(

Great concept no chemicals
They were on time even called to see if they could come by earlier oh you better believe it. The person that did the work was professional and knew what he was doing. He didn't even mind if I watched just to see the procedure. I had my tile cleaned very happy.
