Our technician Zach was awesome, knowledgeable and respectful. He explained everything to us and kept us informed throughout the process. We had horrible urine spots from our puppy and he was able to get all the spots removed and the odor out!

Provided a very clean carpet cleaning. Had trouble getting the microfiber sectional couch to look right but they came back twice and they honor them work.

There's a shiny Mark around all of the grout lines where the seal it was sprayed on the tile and the tile isn't all that clean I use a magic eraser and it's gets it pretty dirty so I have to redo the floor myself.

Clean, difference in before and after!
I personally cleaned our tile when I purchased the home in 2012. I am not sure if it had ever been professionally cleaned. The grout in the kitchen and the traffic areas had become very dark so I wasn't sure how effectively Zerorez would be able to clean it.
I was wowed by the results! Most of the grout was almost back to the original color. I was also very impressed with how much lighter the tile itself was after the cleaning. I had no idea how dirty it was. Cameron worked very diligently and did a fantastic job cleaning our tile.
My wife had another company clean her tile years ago and couldn't stand to be in the home for 3 or 4 days because of the caustic odor of the cleaning substance. She had no issues after Zerorez cleaned our tile this time.

We moved most of our furniture in advance. The technician seemed surprised that he would need to move some basic stuff. You need to be more clear about what customers can expect.

I like the fact that there are no chemicals and no residue. ZeroRez chose the employee well and then trained him well. He was organized, thorough, conscience, friendly, clean. He organized his work so he was able to complete the work in an orderly and timely fashion. There were no marks on walls, baseboards or cabinets. Excellent work. I would definitely recommend ZeroRez to anyone.

Alot of water was left on the floor. The corners and edges were still dirty, I went around on my hands and knees while it was still wet to try to clean. And they messed up the week old paint job in the entry to the master bath.
This was all partially my fault. I was called in to inspect after they did the master bath. It turned out great and I told them so. I was outside working while they continued the work. They said that they were done. I asked if they had done behind the fridge, they forgot and went back in to do it.They left fridge pulled out and unplugged. I did not inspect when they said the entire job was done, before they left. I found all the problems as stated above after they had left.
I do not want any retaliation because they know that the home is vacant.
I am sorry to say that you will not be getting a glowing testimonial from me.
Good time management and text communication, the technician was knowledgeable and trustworthy. That's a big deal when having people work inside your home.
Still some spots on carpet.
Quick and thorough.
You always hear that the carpets will dry in 4-8 hours. Not true!! OUr service man was finished by 12:45pm and the carpets were still damp in spots at 10:00pm. Our master bedroom closets were still damp the next morning!!! It took 24 hours for them to dry... I am not sure why, but maybe too much water used on them?
