Good cleaning and communication
My carpet felt amazing when it dried. Way better experience with Zerorez then the last time I got my carpets cleaned with a different company.
Our service tech was on time, efficient and very through. We had several stains from our child who had gotten sick with the flu and he addressed the issue and resolved and removed the stains.
We would use Zerorez in the future

The technician did an excellent job. Product does not leave an odor and the tile, carpet, and rug look like new.

Have used Zerorez in GA. So came to Sun City with high expectations and they were met! Good communications on the phone with reservations. Reminder call day before. Arrival call that techs were on the way. Both Jared? & Erin were very polite, accommodating, acted like they were "guests" in my home! I was so pleased with the service they did for me. Quick & efficient so they made me feel they were well trained. So this is why I give them & your compnay a "10" and will recommend you for another reason - the small of "water" you use makes you a cut above the other companies 1) carpets & pads are not soaked taking forever to dry out and my carpets stay bright & don't develop a brown residue like so many other companies seem to leave behind. Good Job!

My carpets still smell of dog pee. You want $600 more dollars to do an extraction. Im going to have another company do the pet treatment. Your prices are ridiculous.

Techs are on time and clean cut. The carpets look great when the cleaning is completed and no one has allergic reactions to any chemical residue.

Carpets are clean and so bright. The grout cleaning was excellent, it looks like it did the day it was installed. My only concern was the cleaning of two nylon area rugs. They are now miss-shaped, wavy and do not lay flat.
We are unhappy with the results. It didn't clean spots very well and didn't even appear to clean in places.
