That it works. My carpet looks brand new!
Some of the add on prices are very expensive like for urine stains. If I had done all that was needed for my carpet I would of been paying 1000.00 for carpet cleaning. Who can afford that?
Carpets aren’t clean. Just spray and suck up water. Terrible.
24 hrs later carpet in some areas was still a little damp. Also entry tile was very slippery from run-off after cleaning. Laundry room was same. I had to clean up both areas so me and my wife would not slip or turn an ankle.

I had my carpet clean in my master bedroom due to my pet being young and untrained and the cleaners left the carpet in the room smelling worse than when they came in you guys are coming today again to evaluate it I really would like to get that service that I paid for re-done
The best reason to use the product is that it is water, but made into a strong cleaning agent by use of pH altering...it sounds like a gimmick but it REALLY works. I have used the company’s cleaning service for the last 14 years and my carpets still look brand new. There is no residue so they stay clean. I also have then clean my stone flooring and it looks so completely different once they are done...so clean and resealed as well to stay that way. My sofa is cleaned every year or so and also looks brand new. I highly recommend this company. The staff is professional and prompt. You won’t be sorry you chose them over all the others.

A few things.
1. You sent one guy to do 9 rooms.
2. His equipment broke after 3 rooms. He has to do everything by hand!
3. One of the reasons I called you is because you stated the carpets won’t have that crunchy feeling. The carpets turned out super crunchy!!!
