I have travertine floors throughout most of my house and carpet only in two bedrooms. The solution used to clean my carpets etched the travertine where the equipment was moved from one room to the other and out the front door. The rooms are on opposite sides of the home. My husband was here during the service and did not notice the residue.

I paid nearly $450.00 to have my carpets cleaned (and ONLY 3 rooms + stairs) and the tech did a poor job! Someone came out to redo the 3 areas, but I was charged an additional $325 to do them right. That is crazy to charge someone almost $800 to do 3 rooms or carpet!!

The results were amazing. I had my tile cleaned throughout my house and you could literally see it change color ! I will definitely use zero rez again but not wait so long this time. Great work!
