Hello,
I sent an email to Zerorez on Oct 12th regarding my appointment that day. I haven't heard back yet, but this was my feedback from that day - This morning I had the redo cleaning partially completed for my tile flooring. The technician attempted to clean the tile to the standard we were expecting, and was unable to. In total, there were 4 areas for him to redo. After cleaning two areas, he stated that the grout was just discolored and regardless of what aggressive treatment he performed, it wouldn't come clean. The tile is newish, within the last 2-3 years. The grout has areas of white and some areas of stainage. Pictures available, but unable to upload on this feedback form. I included them with my original email to Zerorez on 10/12.

I am disappointed that the first technician didn't notice the inability for the Zerorez process to work effectively right away, and stop the process immediately without upselling me too sealing it and utimately charging a total $150 for a service that left my tile looking the same as it did before he started. This second technician noticed the inability for the process to work and indicated after cleaning the first area. He suggested we stain the grout ourselves to the desired color. After the explained that process, I respected and told him not to bother with the rest if the zerorez couldn't fix it.

I'm just very dissatisfied that I paid $150 for this and my tile looks about the same. I wasn't aware that Zerorez only worked well for maintaining clean title and grout, based on what my technician said. He said it could not remove the built up dirt. When I researched the company, it said the below which did not happen.

I was very excited to have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez as I have heard nothing but good things. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I am not impressed at all. My carpets look just as they did before, my tile has some areas that were completely missed even tho I paid extra to get the grout cleaned. The technician told me that those stains I pointed out would go away once the grout dried, they are still there a few days later. I have pictures if you are interested in seeing what I mean. $380 later, my floors look no different than they did before. I will unfortunately not be using your services in the future. Thank you

It was easy to schedule a visit and quote. Then when Steven from ZeroRez arrived, he looked at the area to be done, and actually recalculated the quote to a lower amount! That is a first for services I think.

Quick and great results

I had the tile grout cleaned in two small bathrooms. The grout looks pretty good in the middle of the room, but not so much along the edges. We just purchased this home that was built in the 90's. We put a lot of money into the house before we moved in. One of the biggest expenses was having the entire house custom painted inside. The Zerorez guy was very nice, but left the bathroom doors closed as he left stating that the floors were still a little wet and to not go into the bathrooms for a while.

Well, I know why he didn't want us to see the rooms before he left as he scraped the baseboards all around both rooms! The paint has huge gouges in the baseboards all around the rooms! It looks awful! I now need to have the baseboards re-painted in both rooms.

I’m a repeat customer. I know there are much cheaper companies, but you get what you pay for. The carpet is always left soft. No residue ever. I used zerorez I. California for many years. Now I’m in AZ and I’m glad zerorez is too!!
