Very professional and did an awesome job!
I like the fact you don’t use chemicals. My carpets look brand new & they weren’t sopping wet , completely dry in about 6 hrs .
I also have a large wool area rug in my family room , since it is on tile Josh was able to clean it in my room .. no sending it out .
There service technician Josh , was very knowledgeable and polite. No messes left behind .

Zerorez has no chemical smell of residue feeling. The process was organized and cleanly administered. Our technician, Terell, was very courteous and worked very hard in a very professional manner. He is an asset to Zerorez. We only did three areas, but plan to have Zerorez back out to finish the rest of the house. I will be sure to recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family.

Carpets were very clean and dried quickly
Well my non traffic areas where a table sits looks like a traffic area my traffic areas really look the same as when I called I thought I would wait until it dried to see if there is any change but there isnt. Customer service was great and everything it just seems that my carpets could be cleaner and I would like to have them done right I asked a few people what they thought and they said the same thing.so the only thing is to maybe have them redone.
Tec Trey Rogers was on time and explained what he was going to do. He did a great job. My eight year old carpet looks like new and it’s not crunchy. Thanks zerorez and thanks Mike Broomhead.

The tile and grout at my mother in law's home was very dirty and the tech got it cleaner than I thought possible.
Arrived on time, technician was nice and carpets were cleaned.
The technician was very kind and knowledgeable. He showed up early and stayed late, excellent service. 24 hours later my carpet is clean, dry, and no smells have flared back up. Hopefully I will not need to have my carpet cleaned again, but if I do, I’ll be calling you!
