Previously, Always pleased with zerorez carpet cleaning.
First time having tile done. The tile is clean, the grout is semi clean, but looks better than before. The price of the tile - OUTRAGEOUS! The quality for the price is not good. We now have a white residue in the grout at the edge of all the baseboards. The only remedy is lots scrubbing with a wet rag to clean it off. After paying what I paid, it’s very frustrating to have to do anything to clean it up. Will never have the tile done again and am soured on the company overall.
What I Liked most was the no nonsense approach and the quickness of his actions. He came in, looked at the floors he was about to clean, and told me what furniture had to be moved. He even helped me with a couple of pieces. He was quick and very thorough. And he was very polite. My tile floors looked like they were just installed yesterday, after he was done. I have used Zerorez in the past and will use them again in the future. Thank you for a job well done.
On time, actually a little bit early. Friendly and professional technician. Floors came out well with the exception of the dog urine smell that was in one of the rooms. We used the biological solution as well as the enzymes and we can still smell the urine. I will be calling Monday to schedule a redo in that area.
