Jeremy was the employee who cleaned my Carpet and he was very polite and asked me questions and explained everything to me. I noticed he put Corner Guards on the corners of my rooms and I have never seen those before! So that was great! He called / texted that he was on his way. My carpet does look considerably cleaner!!

Our technician Erik was amazing! He offered a bonus to help with my allergies. He showed me and educated me on what he was using. He cleaned the rooms fast but efficiently. He was very kind to not only my family and I but also my animals. I appreciate the follow up after the appointment. My carpets dried super fast as well! Thank you for getting me soft clean carpets!
SOME AREAS REMAINED DARK AFTER BEING CLEANED. THE GUY WHO CAME OUT TODAY DID SEVERAL TESTS AND DETERMINED THAT THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO. MY SUGGESTION: HAVE A TECH COME OUT IN ADVANCE OF DOING THE HOUSE AND FIND THIS OUT BEFORE CHARGING FOR A SERVICE THAT ONLY 1/2 WAY WORKS.

I was Amazed by how Carson got out a big black stain in our carpet along with getting spots out of the other bedroom carpeting. He did an amazing job in the Master bathroom that was NOT up kept by the previous owners. Thank you again!
We were told Brian (the tech who cleaned our home at 9537 W Keyser Dr, 85383) would be at the home on 9559 W Pinnacle Vista, 85383. You said he was available. You did not keep your word, and the tech who was sent did not meet our expectations.
Our tech Sean was very prompt. Got right to work and did an excellent job. I'll be recommending Zerorez to all my business associates and friends.
No strong odors... carpet and tile are just cleaner after you've been here!
Spots were not removed and the technician wasn’t thorough enough on the spots. He did however graciously go over spots to n sofas.

My carpet looks brand new again. I didn't think it was possible. Austin spent a lot of time scrubbing and getting all the dirt, hair and grime out and that hard work shows. He was very nice, prompt, professional and went the extra mile. I won't wait so long in between cleanings next time.

Evan from ZeroRez cleaned three rooms of carpet in my home he was courteous, professional and explained the ZeroRez cleaning process and answered all my questions before performing the service.
A stain reemerged after the initial cleaning and ZeroRez had Evan back the next day to treat that spot.
I made the appointment with ZeroRez and they showed up on time and did a good job.
I was told it would smell great afterward (“like lemons”) and it actually smelled very musty and rather gross. Super bummed, we won’t be using zerores again, nor would I recommend them.
