This was the first time we used zerorez recommended by a friend and as long as we have carpet we will be using zerorez..no other carpet cleaning company does a great of a job as they did..our carpet is like 8 years old and it looks like new after the cleaning..the service tech was very professional and did a really good job they got stuff out of there that no one else had before..I like that he was really careful with our furniture and even gave us booties to wear in the rooms
