Your representative was excellent. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and all the costs involved. His work was very good and was very professional.

I have used your company several times before and been very satisfied. However this time was different. The employee who came immediately started to make excuses as to why the carpet would not be clean when he was done. This before even getting past the first few steps inside and before he looked at the carpet. I then asked about changing the areas I wanted to clean. Despite a large decrease in the area to be cleaned, he insisted the cost would be more because we wanted a bathroom cleaned instead of a large living room/dining room combo which was considered two rooms. He then asked about biological stains. I told him none but there was chlorine from the pool. He said we needed to do a special treatment because I used Clorox on th carpet. When I told him it was chlorine not Clorox he got defensive and argued with me. Finally I just agreed to get on with the cleaning as I had company coming into town. When he left the carpet was wetter than after previous cleanings by Zererez and the carpet was not very clean. I want to know why the price remained the same despite a large decrease in area to be cleaned. Also a proper cleaning will help.

I didn’t expect to get the paint stains out, but it actually lifted what looks like a urine stain to the surface that wasn’t there prior. Also, I was under the impression with all the commercials I’ve heard and what I’ve read that their product didn’t leave the crunchy, soap residue behind, newest commercial is that soap is a dirty word, but my carpet that IS dry (it’s been 7 hours and 45 minutes out of the 4-8 hour drying timeframe) is crunchy. I expected so much more from this company and was so excited to use them after Stanley Steamer had done this exact caliber job in our rooms when we first moved in. Guess I’ll have to find a way to clean the carpet of our nursery for our child coming in February some other way. To think, I was going to schedule for all our other rooms, tile and wood included, this January, after our guy left this morning. Glad I didn’t.

Our technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Our rugs are clean and feel soft when we are walking on them. Our entire house smells clean.
The tech that came over was extremely professional and courteous. I have had other companies over where all they want to do is push additional services. Not the case at all. I showed the tech a few areas where my dogs had marked their territory and he paid extra attention to those spots. Carpet looks great!
How clean the carpets are afterwards.
I felt mislead by the $135.00 for three rooms advertisement. When I made the appointment, we discussed the type of carpet I had; one year old upgraded pet grade carpet with upgraded pet grade pad and in need of pet stain removal, I was quoted $224.00.
I ended up paying $344.00 for three rooms, some pet spray topical biological treatment was sprayed on my carpet from a hand held spray bottle and then another hand held spray bottle was used to put the protection back in my carpet. I paid extra for this. $25.00 per room for carpet protectant and $40.00 per room for topical biological treatment.
The pet urine smell was still strong in two rooms and very strong in a third room. The urine was not removed from my carpet. I called and a second crew came out and informed me I had the wrong treatment done. After spending 344.00, it was going to cost even more to have the urine extracted. Since there are a few spots in each room that smell of dog urine and the rest of the carpet was clean, we tried the topical biological spray treatment and carpet protection spray again.
The crew asked me to wait 72 hrs for urine smell to dissipate and for the carpet to dry . I spent $55.00:on Zeroes water so that I could spot treat my carpet as needed. The carpet smelled good until it dried.
It has been 6 days since the last treatment and the urine smell is stronger than ever. I paid extra for upgraded pet grade carpet and pad. I used the zeros water to try and remove (blot) the urine from one spot. The water did not bead up like I was told it would from the carpet protectant that was sprayed on my carpet. The water soaked right in. I bloted it up with a clean white towel and the urine smell is still there. I don’t know what else to do.
Zeroes employees are very friendly and so far the customer service has been great. I hope to hear from someone soon so that I can have the urine smell extracted from the carpet on the third try and update the rating for the company.

My carpets turned out perfectly! It didn't have that crunchy feeling when dry and returned back to its origina condition when newly installed. Plus our technician was great! Super professional and thorough. He really cared about providing great results and outstanding customer service!

The service technician came on time, gave me a heads up as to when to expect him, told me his name. Before starting the work, he walked through the areas I wanted cleaned gave me his opinion on what needed to be done showed me the price and then got to work immediately. The carpets are nice and soft after cleaning, no crunching when walking on the carpet, provided me with a couple pairs of disposable foot covering to wear until the carpet dried which did not take to long to do.
I thought the rates were fair and competitive. I was very impressed with the job the technician Paul did. He was very thorough and had excellent communication and customer service skills.
