I love the "no residue" from chemicals/detergents that other carpet cleaners use. Also, the carpet drys so fast and has no "stff" feeling to it. Service is always dependable and on time! highly recommend Zerorez!

Really loved the service and the results. Since 2012, I have only used Zerorez to clean my carpets and tile and furniture. Always very satisfied.

The last two times I have used your services you have broken something in my house. Last year your technician broke a corner piece of my molding, you sent a person out who took the corner piece and never returned to fix it. This time a plaster statue I had by my front door was broken. Other than that I like your service and the technician was friendly.

The technician was extremely informative. He answered all my questions. I have white carpet and he did his best to clean it despite red clay dirt and pets!! It will take some more visits before the residue is out of the carpet from my attempting to clean it....which was totally expected. I have recommended Zerorez to my parents.

You don't use any chemicals it the cleaning process. It takes a while for the carpet to dry but the end result is great! Evan was great to work with.

Zerorez's professional manner and honesty, is what determined that this was the company I should use. My area rug was a mess, especially since I had it cleaned twice by the same company, for the first time they made the rug look even worse than before being cleaned. After seeing and hearing the advertisements on TV and radio, I called Zerorez and setup the appointment. My main contact was with a woman named Teddy. She took the time to explain everything involved with the cleaning. It was returned yesterday, and OMG, looks like brand new. I have been taking my shoes off when walking on the rug, and I dislike walking barefoot, but don't mind, since my rug feels so plush, soft and clean (won't ever walk on the floor), just my rug. I recommend Zerorez to everyone, they are the BEST. I intend to have it cleaned again in a year's time. Thank you Zerorez for this wonderful experience.

I hired Zerorez to clean one room of carpet and my tile floors. The associate did a good job on the tile, but I’m not happy with the carpet. I wanted it cleaned because it had a urine odor to it, and unfortunately once the carpet finally dried the urine smell was still there.
