Isaiah was on time (even a little early!) and very thorough. Travertine and grout look like new.
Jake did a great job cleaning our carpets which included removing some pet urine. Overall the job was very well done and in reasonable amount of time. While there was some additional upcharge I expected this due to the pet urine. Overall it was reasonable.
Again Jake was great an I would highly recommend him.

Your service was priced right, scheduled quickly & everyone was courteous & professional.
A little pricey for the work we actually had done. The protectant that was put on the rug, really doesn't help much. We had our pet mess on the rug after it was cleaned and the stain did not come all the way out. Prior to the cleaning, the really wasn't an issue. We could always get a stain off the surface.
The carpet always looks brand new after the cleaning and have been using Zerorez for a few years now.
Love the results! We had only treated carpet previously and this was our first tile treatment. Looks brand new! Also love the powered water!!!
