For one thing , not using any chemicals, the service gentlemen were great, they arrived on time and explained the process before they started the work. Had only a 10 min break for lunch and finished the work by evening. They did a good job ,one was on training and I think he had an excellent teacher . I am sure I will be calling you after the holidays. Thank you.
The guy was very nice that came out, but I asked if all the grout would be cleaned and he said yes. When done there were still many dirt marks on the grout that didn't come out. However you are coming out again. Hopefully it will come out this time.

The carpet still smells of urine. It was a great example of customer service. Just the service the technician provided was inadequate to remove smell. I wish your product was truly effective.

The product appears to work very well. After the grout cleaning was done I walked into my kitchen and said wow! It looked like a new floor. The two gentlemen doing the work were very professional and very interested in what I was expecting from their service. They took much less time than I was expecting. When the job was completed the grout and tiles were sparkling clean. I would call Zerorez again in a heartbeat!

The guys were friendly and nice (Aaron and Cody) and Duda good job. The only reason it’s not a 10 is that our closet door roller (the wheel part that makes it roll) was broken and nothing was said. We found out afterwards and sent in some pics with a description, but haven’t heard back.
