This is my second year with Julie Martin with Zerorez. This year I had the honors to have Colton arrive at my condo to clean my tile floors. Since my place is hands-cap assessable I need the extra care to clean my tile floors. Julie and her staff can give you the best service even if you have normal wear and tear of your floors.

The young man, Virgil, who cleaned my carpet was very nice, professional, and did a very good job cleaning our carpets and two chairs. The odor in the house after he left, (chemical) was overly strong and lasted quite a long while. Once the carpets dried, they are no longer soft like they were. They feel hard, and will not vacuum out the lines made by your equipment. I am disappointed in how the carpets look and feel even though they are clean.

The offer to clean 3 rooms for 125.00 is clearly a bait and suck you in tactic. After the technician arrived we learned the extent of add on costs to clean pet spots, treat for resistance to dirt and stains, etc. These services are not cheap add-ons; they would have tripled the cost. Complete up front disclosure would have been appreciated.
