Professional technician. Care taken with walls and moldings. Time and care given to both pre cleaning and actual cleaning. We have had same tec 3 times. Always request Rob. Have never been disappointed have had carpets cleaned twice and tile once. It’s pricy but worth every dollar spent

Effective and convenient!

Although the technician did an excellent job on my carpet and chair, I noticed after he left that my tile floor was filthy from the remnants of cleaner that he had sprayed. My suggestion - make sure you clean up after yourself.

The carpet dried hard and crunchy.

I had to leave before the technician was gone so my husband stayed while he finished up. When I returned home I realized that there was residue all over. Every closet I opened the grout lines were white behind it. All the corners against the wall. I’ve been cleaning it for the last week. I tried to call to speak with someone about this over the weekend and you were closed. I tried to call again yesterday and I was on hold for over 10 minutes and finally hung up. It’s not really worth scheduling another time at this point to have someone come out. I’ve cleaned most of it myself. I will definitely not be using this service again though.

I'm very pleased with our service! We had all of our carpets and a sofa cleaned. The techs arrived on time and did a fabulous job! It is a bit more expensive than other cleaners, but we invested a lot of money in new carpets when we moved into the house, so it is well worth a few extra bucks to make sure they are cleaned correctly and will continue to look good and last for years. We will definitely use Zerorez Phoenix every year for our cleaning!

The service was as expected. Crew was polite and helpful. Floors were cleaned thoroughly.

I feel I was over charged for what was done. We had a new employee who was nice & courteous but did not do little things that I expected. I am 76 years old, this is not the first time I have had carpets cleaned. It is the first time Zero Rez has cleaned them because of a recommendation from a friend here in Sun Land Village East.

Josh did a great job on my tile and (very dirty) grout as well as my carpet. He was very professional, showed up when he said he would and didn't leave until I was happy with everything.

carpets look good. They are 20 yrs old & there have been mishaps by previous animals.
they have been shampooed with every product known to man. There is a lot of wear in traffic areas. But over all am satisfied with the results of zerorez. Did not expect them to look new by no means. but they do smell & look clean. No cleaning or chemical odor. and am confident with continued use of zerorez the carpet will look even better.

Positive: For the first time in a while, there's no dog smell from my wet carpet in 2 of the 3 rooms cleaned.

Negative: I wasn't able to find the extra rates online for pet stains and protectorant. I would prefer to decide before hand on what services I want.

Ha! It's just me not you! I had my stairs and lower floor tile cleaned. I had the 3 room deal on the tile and added the stairs. I was kinda put off when I was told I'd be charged more to do the small bathroom off the side. As its a small kitchen and the open room had a large area rug over most of it, I was told that it was considered 2 rooms as a hallway/room. So I was like, whatever! But, that said, I like your service and knowing you're not using chemicals but just water.So thanks!

Quick, got out stains, fast to dry

The Kitchen carpet was soaked and had waves like an ocean.
The company sent a person with a small fan and we used that.
The person with the fan tried to tell me that the commercial carpet I have in the kitchen was TAC-STRIPPED to the floor. I explained it was glued to concrete.
He needs more education.
After 3 days of drying the waves dissipated.

We used zerorez before in our old house. We couldn't think of anyone else we wsnted to use in our nee house. The pet treatment they offer is a must for any pet lover.
