My carpets are in the exact same condition as they were before the cleaning they still stink and they still had the exact same stains

I can't say enough about how CLEAN everything is after they come ... lthe first time I had them clean some room, area, and throw rugs. Most of them had been 'cleaned' before but the pile was stiff and the colors in the rugs were not brighter. With Zerorez, not only was the pile/rug soft but the colors were much brighter, vibrant, than ever before.

This time they cleaned my dining chairs.The dining chairs look like new!

A point I would like to emphasize is that even though they use a power water system, it is like no other. Amazingly the water really does evaporate in a couple hours. Something about 'light' water. In addition, it is great that they don't use any soap, cleaners so nothing fades. It is brighter, softer and so much cleaner!

After these experiences, I will only use Zerorez to clean!

This a copy of the feedback I texted after our service Wednesday: Hi, we've always had Jeff Klaus as our tech and were a little disappointed that he was off today, but that's understandable.
Dan was very nice, but we noticed as he was leaving that he did not use the baseboard guards like Jeff does. We have 6" white decorative/molded baseboards and when Dan drug the hoses around the corners of the house and to/from the truck, they not only left blue marks, but ground them down to the wood 😞 This happened on 4 different corners. Unfortunately this will cause extra work for my husband before company arrives tomorrow for Thanksgiving as he will have to paint where the paint was rubbed off and the wood is now showing.
The photo of the foyer corner attached not only had baseboard damage, but the hoses rubbed a couple feet up the wall.
Also, we noticed all of the baseboards in the rooms we had treated have marks and there are some several foot long scrapes. We understand that there may sometimes be marks from the machine, but we never had this issue with Jeff.

We would recommend that all of your techs use the baseboard guards, especially if customers have the tall decorative/molded baseboards. Thanks

I set my Appointment 100% online including the quote. Loved it. Someone called to confirm my appointment the day before. I told him I would not be home but needed 30 minute call ahead to meet them. Said no problem. Day of I get a text 15 minutes before technician arrived. I could not make it. I had to walk out of a meeting. Luckily the technician was nice and waited. But I was rushing .

Tech was amazing. Excellent service. I tried calling the office after but wad on hold way too long. Hung up!

This is the best carpet cleaning process I've ever experienced. In fact, I didn't have to have the service back until a year and a half following the previous cleaning because the carpeting looked so good for that long.

Uses only hot water, no detergent or chemicals. Carpets look great.

I scheduled the carpet cleaning because I hear on the radio all the time that it's a great carpet cleaning company if you have pets. When the tech got to my home he told me that if I have pet urine that you need to buy a solution from them for $75 per gallon and that I would need 20 gallons, that is $1500 just for a carpet cleaning. I can replace the carper for that price. So he did the basic clean for $385 dollars and told me that the urine stains will pop up again since I didn't do the per solution. This makes me very upset!! It also makes me think that the radio is doing false advertisement because of it.
