Seems really clean
Every time we have the Zerorez person come to clean our rugs, etc., we are always amazed of how fast and clean things look after the process. Each person is quite professional and does an
exquisite job.

I know the tech Dustin tried, but the carpet still doesn't look clean & he said he couldn't clean our two couches that needed cleaning- due to the material.

The technician was very good but I was afraid from the beginning that the area by the fridge in the kitchen would not be satisfactory. The grout in a small area is still dark. The rest of the house is very nice and clean.
I like the idea of no chemicals, only soft water. The technician was on time (in the window) and did the job professionally and well.

My carpets, stairs and area rugs were left very clean. Super soft and not crunchy or have that oily feel after using a typical carpet cleaning machine.
