All of the people I talked to were very helpful and managed to fit my schedule. The Carpet technician was thorough and very careful to make sure he didn't damage any existing furniture and he made sure I was aware of anything that I needed to do before the carpet dried. He even came a little early which was very helpful for me.

I've had zerorez come out and clean my carpets 3 times in 2 different houses. Technicians are always polite, prompt, honest and efficient and the carpets are always as clean as can be when they're done. Will never use another company.

Great service

For the second time I had to call and schedule a "do-over" from Zerorez. Lots of accidents from a new puppy created many spots and odor. The use of your special treatment was used on both occasions. The costs of treatment goes up greatly with this use. The results were not favorable on either time and retreatment had to be done each time. This was not only expensive but time consuming. Zerorez did not hesitate to come the second time and the carpets were satisfactory, but are crunchy, something they claim not to ever be.

They arrived on time. They explained everything well. They were very professional.

Abraham got the carpets cleaner than any other company has! He was efficient and even made friends with my hard to please German shepherd. We will request him for next time!

The technician did a great job. The only reason I would not recommend Zerorez is the cost. I was blown away at the cost to extract the urine out of the carpet. I could have replaced that section of the carpet for less than what I spent. So for that reason I cannot recommend this company. But again..the technician did his job well
