We used zerorez for tile, area rug and dinning room chairs. The area rug came out great! Looks great feels great and it was dry in no time. The tile not so much. The grout in high traffic areas was still dirty, there was spots where there was a sticky film left that my husband and I had to clean with a damp towel. The tech said that once the tile dries the grout would look lighter....well it did on some spots but like I said still dirty. He cleaned the dining chairs and they didn’t come out looking nice. Still dirty. There was pen mark on one of them and I know that won’t come off but dirt stains are still there. You can tell where the fabric was cleaned and where it wasn’t. All in all our experience was not a positive one. Tech was a nice guy though. We will go back to our old tile cleaning person. Really wanted to like zerorez because a friend raves about you and I hear it on the radio all the time. We spent a pretty penny having your company come out and it just wasn’t worth it. Will we use you for carpets....maybe? We are not the type to complain that’s why it’s taken this long to reply but $400 plus dollars is a lot for us not to be happy.

The folks were professional in everyway, explained everything regarding their process, cleaned up afterwards, carpets looked clean... However, my carpets were ETREMELY WET took 24hrrs to dry with fans on 24hrs... There is now a musty type smell in my house which I am not happy with. Normally my rugs are dry with a few hours... That is my only complaint.. Hoping the smell will dissipate in a few days.
Liked Abraham who did my service and loved the way the carpets looked when they dried. It appears that sometime after the new year I will call for grout work cleaning for my tile. Abraham gave me an estimate. Very happy with the cleaning and would recommend your company in the future to others.
