No harsh chemicals and gets the carpet clean.

My expectation of cleaning the grout on the floor was not met and the machinery left damages to my tile. Very disappointed.
I was offered a repeat of cleaning however after realizing the damage to my floor I do not want any further services done other than fixing the tile that has been damaged.

I have literally got down on my hands and knees and scrub my tile grout, but your guy was able to clean it in a fraction of the time I have spent on it, and it looks amazing for as old as the tile is. I will definitely recommend Zerorez! It was an amazing turn out👍🏼

95% of stains came out of a 25 year old carpet.
The carpets looked clean the day that they were cleaned, but from there after they showed the same traffic marks and didn’t look much different then before ZeroRez serviced them.
Definitely not worth the high cost. Could have done same or better doing it ourselves.
My carpets always look great after we have them cleaned and the stains don’t reappear like they have with other companies. Staff always professional too.
