The carpet didn’t turn out nearly as clean as we had hoped. We had you here once before and everything turned out very well however this time the carpet was lighter and it didn’t meet our expectations although your employee was very good.

Very good service and excellent results
Hello, we were disappointed with the outcome of the cleaning of our sectional. We believe that the gentleman worked hard however the dark spots are still there and even other spots were left or added by the cleaning process. you can see the lines and a rows that were left behind from the suctioning and also some stains were left or a added due to saturation of water. We were so hoping for a pristine outcome. We went with this company thinking that what you stated you could do would actually be done. But again the gentleman worked hard but maybe just the process is not effective.

I have used Zerorez for over 3 years and I have to say the are the best at the services they provide. The latest technician we had was outstanding he took the time to understand our challenges and was entireably willing to go the extra mile to make sure where happy. I only want him to come to my house going forward because he totally gets what a customers satisfaction means. he deserves a raise in my opinion.
Technician was professional, courteous and focused on doing his work. We had one carpet badly stained from artists graphite, technician cleaned it up well considering. All the other carpets turned out great. A job well done by our technician and Zerorez.

The product really cleans and the tech that serviced my home 1/4/20 at 10:00 a.m. at 43201 N Long Cove Way, Anthem, AZ was very polite and courteous. I believe his name was Terry Hoskins. Please let him and his manager know as I would recommend him to others.
