The gentlemen that came were extremely professional and very friendly. They were fast too! I wish I could remember their names, but KUDOS to them!
The two young man that came to do my loveseat and recliner’s made my day!! They not only did a fantastic job but they enjoy their work so much, I enjoyed having them here!
Your services were stellar. Definitely will use and recommend Zerorez to everyone I talk to. Love the no chemical with kids and pets we had a lot of stains. They were gone and still have not resurfaced.
The cleaner went above and beyond to make sure I received the best results possible. He really worked his ---- off to do the best job he could. Not an easy task considering considering how dirty the carpet was. And as dilligent as he was, he was no better than ALL the cleaners that I've used from Zerorez in the the past. In other words, all Zerorez cleaners I've used seem to really care about giving the customer the best cleaning job possible. I'll definitely keep using Zerorez in the future.
The process was thorough and quick. The tech who did the job was polite and careful in his application of the product. His name is Elliot.
The tile grout and tile were left clean and looked like new.

I like the fact that you are not putting more residue in the carpet which helps it get dirty that much quicker. The technicians know exactly what they are doing and are pretty quick about it, they are personable and are willing to answer any and all questions I may have.

The carpet cleaning was bad. I went and rented a rug doctor and did the carpet again. The tile was awesome, he did a great job on that.
I would like to see little better cost
