This is the second time I used zeroes. Like the first time they did a fantastic job.
James was very thorough with the process of cleaning the carpeting. Our carpeting is 17 years old but it looked wonderful afterwards. The Zerorez products clean and refresh the whole house. So glad to use your company.

This will be the fourth time we have used Zerorez and we have loved them each time with the exception of one service where the technician forgot to put the cleaning agent down. Zerorez immediately took care of this by coming back to clean the carpet again no charge! This last time was no exception to the great customer service we received and a job well done! I really liked that I could get a quote online and request my appointment time through that same system. I have zero complaints and look forward to bringing zerorez out again in the future!

The young man, Virgil, who cleaned my carpet was very nice, professional, and did a very good job cleaning our carpets and two chairs. The odor in the house after he left, (chemical) was overly strong and lasted quite a long while. Once the carpets dried, they are no longer soft like they were. They feel hard, and will not vacuum out the lines made by your equipment. I am disappointed in how the carpets look and feel even though they are clean.

The offer to clean 3 rooms for 125.00 is clearly a bait and suck you in tactic. After the technician arrived we learned the extent of add on costs to clean pet spots, treat for resistance to dirt and stains, etc. These services are not cheap add-ons; they would have tripled the cost. Complete up front disclosure would have been appreciated.

They did a great job cleaning my tile. They arrived on time and did a general run through of the house and made adjustments on the previous quoted amount based on space and application. Would recommend them to do any cleaning in my home!
