Everything went smoothly and quickly
David did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet, area rug, upholstery and tile. I appreciated him being on time and finishing quickly. The floors & upholstery have never been cleaner, and I really like the fact that no detergent was used and there was no smell what so ever. I will definitely use ZeroRez in the future.
It's hard for me to say one way or the other whether I would recommend Zerorez because my carpet looked the same after it had been cleaned. I don't believe it has anything to do with the person who cleaned my carpet because he did a great job. I think it's because my carpet is old and is a lighter color. Therefore, I would suggest that ZeroRez tell the customer that if they have an older carpet, it's likely that it won't look any better after it has been cleaned.

The products really work the service is fast and the people who work for Zerorez are amazing! They treat you like family.
I never care enough to give ratings btw but this was a let down. My tile, especially the high traffic areas look the same as if I did a quick mop, my floor is still sticky, carpet was still wet in areas til a few hours ago, and reeked like wet dog all night. That last one may be a common side effect when you run that stuff on carpet that gets beat up by dogs, no biggie. This last one is on me but I tipped the guy $40 and after everything I saw it didn’t warrant that amount.
