Terry our technician was super focused to make sure were happy from start to finish. As he completed a cleaning step, he asked us to make sure that we were happy with the results. We had never had our dining room chairs fabric cleaned. He was meticulous and again asked us if we were pleased - 'is there anything I can do to be sure that you don't see areas I may have missed.' We tried your company for the first time 3 years ago. And because we were so pleased, we had you again last week. Carpet drying time is exceptionally quick, carpets weren't crunchy after cleaning and carpets stayed MUCH cleaner for SO much longer versus companies who douse carpets with so much soap. You have a winning combination of caring technicians, customer service and a cleaning regime using only purified hot water that is awesome. A truly wonderful experience. So glad I heard about you on the radio.

I really like that I can schedule a service online without having to speak with someone. I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days of looking. The technician that provided the service was polite and thorough. He did a good job as well as being time efficient. I received a text 30 minutes prior to his arrival which allowed me to run a couple of errands prior to my appointment.

Provide booties & little plastic squares to put under furniture legs on the damp carpet. Tell customers to turn on fans to speed drying & realistically tell them not 4-8 hr drying time but at least 12 hr-14. Tell customer buckling of damp carpet is normal. It shrinks as it dries.

Carpet looked great had to do some rescheduling and the office did great making the changes DJ the tech was very informative in explaining the process and identifying areas that might be problems he did a great job very happy with end project and appreciated everyone involved in the whole process
