The tech answered every question without hesitation
You have advertised $135.00 for 3 rooms. I needed my hall way cleaned as well. So he shows me an estimate for $200.00. What? I'm not paying that. I ended up paying $175.00. So, I was just at my son's house in Las Vegas for 10 days and watching tv when I see a commercial on tv advertising Zerorez. Three rooms for $99.00. I'm hesitant on using your services in the future. Sorry.

They’re cleaning methods
Trey was the cleaning Technician sent to my home. He arrived on time and got started without delay. He was kind, courteous, respectful and helpful. He did a wonderful job. The floors looked practically brand new when he was done. The high traffic areas looked as if they'd barely been used. The home smelled fresh and clean, not like perfume or covered up.
Use this service if you want your floors done well.
My service technician, Dion, was informative and helpful. My white wool rug cleaned up perfect and looks brand new.

I was happy with the results of the cleaning. It is a lot cleaning than I had expected it to be, some of the stains were at least 2 years old. The tech we had come out was also a super nice guy.

Although I feel your technician worked very hard, I don't believe your process works on really dirty carpet. I think my dirty carpet needed a chemical process.
