Quick service, easy. Great job.
Fast and efficient with a very nice finished product
Friendly employees and a great product that doesn’t soil shortly after carpets are cleaned.
First, I appreciated the call, to learn what the cost would be and the specials Zerorez was offering.
A couple days later I called back to ask if I could get two additional runner rugs cleaned and was pleasantly surprised with the quote.
Then the day of cleaning, my tech called 20 minutes before arriving saying, he was on his way. Which I really appreciated.
When he arrived, he was prompt and courteous, had shoe covers in hand to put on before coming inside.
Everything looked beautiful after he finished.
He then left me some shoe covers in case I needed to walk on my carpets while they were still damp.
Everything was “spot on” with your company and your technicians.

You don’t know how much I needed this. Obviously for aesthetics, but for depression, feeling like a failure, etc.
The technician didn’t judge my carpets and in fact made me feel like they weren’t that bad.

My first time using your company. First, my technician, Weston, was great! Very courteous. friendly, and easy to work with. He asked if I liked how the room looked and when I said I could still see some traffic marks, he went over the area again until I was satisfied. It looks great. I will want to request him again if possible in the future.
My only comment is that the day of my service, I got a call from Shea asking if I'd be available earlier for my appointment at noon. She called at 9:42 am and didn't say how early or give me a time. I was working so couldn't answer the phone. I was arranging my work schedule around the app't time. I called back and was put on hold so long I gave up and texted instead. I was told that they wanted to come at 10 am and by then the technician was actually knocking at my door! So I was given no time to prepare or be ready for them, thinking I had two more hours before they would be there. I didn't have a problem with them coming earlier, as I was home, but I would recommend that when Shea leaves a message she is more specific and might say we are coming now instead of in two hours or say a time so we have an idea of what that means.
