Professional and worked with pricing.
The carpet wasn't uniformly wet after the cleaning. There were some relatively dry areas and some were sopping. Additionally, there was definitely a residual something in the carpet. In bare feet, it was a bit like walking over corn flakes.
I intended to call Monday morning to have a supervisor see this. I assume that won't be necessary now?
The technician that came to my home was exceptionally professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable in the field. He was so patient and kind. He answered question after question that I had and even repeated giving me some answers. My first experience with zerorez was terrible and this one was phenomenal. His workmanship was excellent and my carpets look great.
Our service man, David, was excellent. He was very informative about the condition of our carpet and the process used to clean it. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with.

It still smells like cat urine, I’m not sure if it will go away after I vacuum but after spending nearly $400 I expected more.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and did a great job protecting the home from damage from hides running throughout the house during the service. Didn’t use a hard sell to up sell services.
My carpet is crunchy and feels like it still has pre-treat or pet solution product still in it. This is very different than the experience I had previously with Zerorez. Is there anything that can be done? Perhaps clean with empowered water a second time?
Services were conducted in a very professional manner and the young man that cleaned my carpet was very pleasant and thorough and explained everything he was doing.
Living room traffic area not clean. Technician said was the nap. When it dried, spots began to show bigger than they were before. I cleaned a few spots and my white rag picked up more dirt. Traffic area is approximately 19 x 6. It looks nearly worse than before. These spots are not from cat urine.
Carpet was a little crunchy so might not want to advertise that.. other then that we were happy with the service. Mike was a great guy.
My carpet was still wet after 9 hours so I couldn’t put furniture back in place until the next morning.

I know the tech Dustin tried, but the carpet still doesn't look clean & he said he couldn't clean our two couches that needed cleaning- due to the material.
