The carpet was really bad with pet stains and a lot of wear and tear. When Zerorez was done the carpet looked almost new again. I was extremely impressed with the job and the technician.

I would have preferred to have been informed that my carpets would stretch an get wavy while wet but that this would subside as they dried .
Your prices are to high for the work done. Our carpet and furniture were soaked and took forever to dry even with floor and ceiling fans on them. . The tech left standing water where the carpets meets the tile floors. We paid to have an area rug cleaned and the tech only cleaned 3/4 of it because 1/4 of it was under a couch. I would have helped him move the couch but he said the rug doesn't get dirty under a couch... When he cleaned two chairs he only cleaned the arms and cushions not the backs because again "they don't get dirty". Overall we were very dissatisfied and would recommend to our friends they DO NOT USE Zero-Rez.

My master bathroom looks worse than before you cleaned. You guys ripped up grout in our shower area and master bath. It took a week to get repaired. For carpets. I may consider using you all again. But for floors and tile no thanks. Waste of money
