The dry time was not any shorter than other companies I have used in the past. Upon meeting the technician and prior to a walk through I mentioned the heavy pet stains in my carpet. The technician immediately said, "yeah, I can definitely smell it" and throughout the time he was here he made several other unnecessary comments including "the little monster outside has been busy" referring to my small dog who was secured on the patio. I found the comments to be rude and uncalled for. If he needed to respond or say anything, he should have made comments more along the lines of being there to be helpful. I did not schedule a carpet cleaning unaware of the need for the cleaning and I certainly did not schedule the cleaning to have my senior dog insulted. I would never welcome that particular technician back to my home and it is unfortunate that he represents a company so highly recommended.
My technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything he would be doing to clean my carpet and gave me pricing options. When he was finished, he gave me instructions to help it dry faster. My only complaint is the price--it was very high and was not what I expected based on my phone call the day I scheduled my appointment.
Professional AWSOME Carpets cleaned and truly Cleaned 100 percent without excessive water or odor. Now all the carpets in my home are truly clean and look like new carpet! YES!
Techs are always nice and professional. Carpets dry fast. They are serious about no residue or chemical smell!
The technician that came to my house was very professional and friendly. I truly appreciate him and did give him a tip for his service. This was my first time using your company and I was a bit disappointed in the way my carpets turned out after the cleaning. I have had my carpets cleaned in the past and they just didn't look much different after my cleaning.
From the person I spoke to on the phone to the technician who came out, everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I didn’t have a large space I needed done and was able to schedule for a time that worked for me. Extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend.

Paul was very thorough and methodical in his work and took time to explain everything. Most importantly our floors look great, especially the area that needed special attention.

We just purchased a home that needs Mucho Love and with that comes a lot of stress however, the tech did not add any, if anything, he made it less stressful! He was thorough and his work on the stairs was AMAZING along with all other rooms too but yeah, those stairs... This company will forever be our go to. We have alread used them twice in a year - our rental and now our Home.

Misrepresented your charges. We were told we would get charged $35 per room and the charge was $135.00 for 3 rooms. We were told the hallway wouldn’t be a charge because it’s short but we were charged. We don’t know what the environment charge meant. The bill should have reflected a first time customer discount of 10% off total bill. Our discount was $25.60 though our total bill was $275.40. Zero Rez is not very competitive with other similar companies but our technician told us you don’t need to be since you are so busy.

The carpets are so fresh, not sticky or stiff! The service providers are so friendly and knowledgable. The company has real people that are helpful and kind. The promotions are amazing!
