Max was just awesome. He was very conscientious and repeatedly offered to have me review his work to make sure it was acceptable to me. He had a “can-do” attitude and worked to find ways to make the job as cost effective as possible. I never felt he was up selling me, rather he was educating me on ways to make the job even more effective. As for the concept of ZeroRez, I have used other carpet cleaners and I have always had that chemical sensation and odor when they were done. NOT WITH ZEROREZ. The process you guys use is the best available hands down. My old worn out flooring looks great. Thank you and thank Max again please

It's nice to know you're a no chemicals being used in the product that I'm aware of except for the specialized ones to remove pet stains I like the results and it was nice to have clean carpets for the company I had the next 2 days.

Brandon was prompt, attentive to what I needed done, and thoroughly explained the process. My pet "accident" spots completely vanished with the spot treatment.
