Abraham and Peter were very professional. Abraham explained all aspects of carpet cleaning and gave me an estimate for tile grout cleaning and granite cleaning. I asked for Abraham the next time I require Zerorez services.

Cleans and nk soapy smell
Carpet was great. the bathroom tile no so great, would like second option on why some was cleaned and some not.
That it’s chemical free and carpets look new again. Staff is freindlyand professional
Service and price
Pricing is high. You have 3 room special that didn't apply to my 1 room and 2 hallways. Then it was almost double the cost to pet treat on hallway.

The services were excellent. The techs came when they said they would. The carpets were 16 years old and they looked new. Also no chemical smells.

Brandon was very informative about the product he was using. I Love the citrus smell and my carpet looks cleaner than he ever has.
This is the 3rd time we have used Zerorez, previous times were great. This time I was not only disappointed with pricing quite a bit higher than quoted but water was left on tile to long in places and baseboards have pulled out from the walls! Plus master bedroom carpet is still damp in places this morning!
We will be using another company next time.
Zerorez is fantastic , made a very old carpet look new again .

David did an excellent job. He called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked was it all right if he arrived early? He was at least 30 minutes early. Very impressive.Usually the opposite happens when any work is being done to the house they either call or don't because they are running late, and keep us waiting or wondering if they are even going to show up at all.The fact that he was early was a huge WOW! for me. He was very respectful and courteous. He already looked done and I forgot to tell him that my Husband asked me to mention the high traffic area in the family room so he could go over it more thoroughly. He said he would go back over everything a third time. We were very pleased by how nice our carpet looked. We would request David again.We were very happy and pleased with his service.

I was not happy that pet hair and filth from a previous house cleaning was brought into our home by your machines. I advised your customer service agent and she said she would let her supervisor know. I have never heard from a supervisor. The technician came out and re-treated the carpet & apologized for what happened. He was kind and seemed very sincere in his apology. Unfortunately, this never should have happened. With so many people suffering from allergies, I would think your company would have policies in place that would never allow something like this to happen.
Carpets are soft and spots are gone

Too exspensive
Zerorez dries fast, friendly staff. Like the way honor staff when they have birthdays.
My carpet split in half in my master bedroom after he cleaned it! He told me to “Have a carpet guy come stretch it.” I asked him if he can repair/stretch he said no. I couldn’t believe my ears! He wants me to now pay yet another service to fix his damage?! That’s not right. The rest of the house was okay but he’s not thorough on making sure he got everywhere my daughters room had a few missed spots that I was bummed about and I did take everything off of the floor ect. I just really wish you guys could fix a serious split in my carpet. He called it a “buckle” it wasn’t buckled it was cut as if he took a knife to it.
