This was the first time with ZeroRez and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Chris not only helped me understand the process but you can tell from how kind and helpful he is, which translates into his work! We have a 6 year old and two dogs so our carpets were not in the best shape. Chris did a wonderful job getting the stains out and the difference is astonishing! Technician was efficient and friendly. My grout looks a great deal better! There are a few small areas that could use a second treatment but since those areas couldn’t easily be seen until after the grout dried... He did revisit the couple of spots I did find before he left.
Booking online was super easy. Received a reminder text48 hours before my appt. tech was on time and super knowledgeable.

I recently had my carpets cleaned and my tile cleaned and sealed. This was done on two separate visits. The technicians did a terrific job. I am pleased with the outcome. Aside from a small nick in the drywall of my half bath, the technician was thorough and detail oriented. My tile floors look brand new after 10 years old, and no more dirty grout. The carpets are fluffy and smell clean! I have already shared with my friends to go to Zerorez.

Frankly, Zerorez is the only one we've found that cleans your carpeting sooooo good!!!. Even the air in the house seems fresher; I.e. less dust floating around for us to inhale.

Very professional and my couches were left dry and soft and clean. This company is the epitome of how it should be done. My expectations were met and exceeded.
I was surprised that wearing masks wasn't part of your routine. We live in a 55+ community that has been hit with COVID 19. Other companies require masks. Stanley Steamer requires masks, so I will likely go to them next time. Our cleaner was friendly and professional, but he sneezed in our house and it wasn't a covered sneeze. My husband is very high risk. Wear masks please. It is basic science.

The service professional was very kind and helpful. He did an amazing job! He asked about the stains we had and was able to get them all out for me. He did a great job explaining the process and making sure we understood how much before doing any work. He was fast and on time. Very nice to my kids as well which was great! Will definitely be using again!
