We love the process no residue best we ever had. Amber worked hard to perfection. Informative friendly did a fabulous job. She even cleaned our throw rugs. Very efficient. Carpets dried fast and nice and soft. We had our kids rental home done in Gilbert. Same beautiful results. Excellence in every way.
I was very pleased with your rug cleaning services..my rugs came out beautiful..stains erased. Our technician was very polite and professional...explained everything he was doing. My only regret was the grout cleaning service...two bathrooms...one came out very well with the grout cleaned up to the walls and bathtub. The other bathroom I had to clean again due to dirty grout at the walls and shower...it did clean up.
Our cleaner was friendly and he worked overtime to get the job done. Our floor looked 100 times better. Smelled fresh and clean without a chemical smell.
The service was so fast and looked amazing. My husband took the dog for a walk when they started and by the time he got back they were almost done.

The price paid versus the result was mediocre. Specifically, it costs extra to go over an area where a pet has urinated more than just the single pass. For $200 charged you should tailor to the needs of your client. Ended up buying a small carpet cleaner after we saw the result of our wasted money.

Tanner, our technician, was such a great guy!! He did an amazing job cleaning our old carpet and made it look great! We were so close to just replacing all of it but gave them a chance - I’m super happy we did and was much cheaper than new carpet by far!!

Our carpets look like new again and the tech sent to our house did a great job! Slightly disappointed in room pricing since you do not move furniture - square footage (walking areas) in two of the rooms equaled the size of a full bed.
We hired professional carpet cleaners to concentrate on the high traffic areas, especially in our family room and master bedroom. The Technician who came out was very nice, personable and professional but did not seem to work on the high traffic areas as much as I would have thought. It appeared to me that he sprayed the initial solution on all the carpets and then brought in the metal tool for all 7 rooms. I did not notice any extra time spent on the areas in question, but the carpets do look better and brighter than before the cleaning. He explained that ZeroRez will not get all carpets looking like brand new and I can accept that, but we have a home carpet cleaner that is used 3 to 4 times a year and the carpets were not as dirty as I have seen in other homes. I did not notice any extra time or effort being spent on the high traffic areas. There were a couple of spots left behind in the family room that he was unable to get out, but we were able to scrub them after he left and they are now gone.
My carpet is like it was never cleaned it still smells like our dog which I was told the cleaning would take that smell away...
To make it right I feel like you all need to follow through with what I was told and come back out to get the dog smell gone!

come and get your 2.5 gal water and refund my money..I feel i was scammed on your 2.5 gal of water. I was told a person could use it to wash vegetables..but the warning on bottle says not for human or animal consumption. which was my fault for not noticing until i had washed grapes and ate them! Your employee told me a person could wash fruits!

One carpet came out good. the other looks worse then before he started, not sure what went wrong but he was in a hurry to leave.
The service was excellent. They were fast, friendly, on time and addressed my concerns. I called zerorez because my dog peed on the carpeted staircase. When Zerorez came they shined a special light on the carpet and identified the exact spot where my dog went. They cleaned the stairs and other rooms. Not only were they clean but the dog fur in the carpet is gone too! Since zerorez doesn’t use any chemicals I wasn’t worried about my dog getting chemicals on her by walking on it later. Also the carpet is so plush and soft now. It looks and feels just like new. I couldn’t be happier with the service.
Service was prompt and efficient, and did not leave any residue on my carpets. Techniican made a good effort to get the heavy staining out of my carpets and we had better results than expected.
