Able and Nicole were right on time and had my carpets looking amazing in no time. Able was even able to get some red soda spots out of the carpet that I thought I would be looking at forever.
Josh the technician was SO beyond helpful and accommodating when we had a last second snag with out appointment. Just his customer service is a ten, not to mention the service provided as a whole. We loved Rachel. She did excellent work cleaning our sofa. She is the first Zerorez employee in years of using this service to use the Agitator to pull up underlying cat hair.

The service was great, but the upcharging for extras is ridiculous. I was quoted $235 on the phone and if I had taken all the extra service recommendations, it would have been close to $700. Really?! Just offer good service for a fair price and you'll be unbeatable.
