This is the best cleaned carpet I have ever had! As I explained to my cleaner ( I apologize but I have forgotten her name) I had a stain that has been here since I bought the house 9 years ago. The last cleaner I had was unable to remove it, but she did it! I have already recommended you to 2 of my neighbors. Your employee was really great. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of cleaner. Unfortunately I have already had to use it, but it works! You will definitely have my repeat business.

Very efficient.

Both times I have use Zerorez I have gotten expert service. Calling to make an appointment was effortless and office staff informed and accommodating. My tech this last time, Carson, was a pleasure to work with. He arrived right on time, was informative as to the service he could provide, and quick about getting the job done. A year ago I had the same experience with a different tech, so I'm thinking that Zerorez has a great work force.

When we were not completely satisfied with our carpet cleaning, ZeroRez sent out another technician a few days later. He spent extra time getting out a few stains and cleaned our living room and family room again. Our carpets look GREAT now!! We are very impressed!

Best part is obviously the end result, but the technician that came to my home was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job.

Courteous and helpful. Worked hard to get stains and dirt out of microsuede fabric. Had to use 2 methods but it worked! Very pleased and will use this company again. Highly recommend.

The technician was very courteous and puctual, very nice young man, did a good job! I just was wondering how long will it take for the floor to dry, the last couple of times I used the service i think by evening it was dry, it is still damp this morning

Excellent cleaning ability with the empowered water and I love to clean with it. Only wish the services were a little bit cheaper. I would have more done if you ran good specials occasionally.

The technician was very professional and knowable.
He knew his job. I liked that!!

The technician walked in the house without the booty. So I asked him how it it that for person doing floor cleaning business to walk into customer's house with his shoes, Are the shoes not dirty?
He said with a straight face No. I asked really? and he said yes. He then said I will put the booties on if you want.
He was rude.

Removed stains and carpet feels clean and looks good to.

I was surprised they (the employees) didn’t include the closet area for a bedroom. It’s a bedroom with small attached bath then a small closet. The room is small 10x10. Additionally they shared they had 10 clients cancel for the day, but didn’t do the closet area ??? Why not. In the future, I’m going to look for a smaller business. Also, I didn’t sign for the charge to my cc, the employee signed the receipt and checked the box. I tipped $20 without looking - lesson learned for me. They were friendly and professional.
