My technician was very polite and did an amazing job. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends. The whole experience was fantastic!
I like how informative the young men who came to clean the carpet were. I also like how thorough they were with the cleaning. They were very professional and courteous.
The technician (Daniel) spent more time explaining why my loveseat may not come clean than he did cleaning it. I did not disturb him while he did the cleaning. And after he finished he was right. There was considerable dark discoloration on the cushions and arms, areas that get the most wear. I was disappointed, but silently regretted that I had waited so long to have it cleaned.
As Daniel was saying good bye I noticed a scuff mark on the side of the loveseat. I pointed it out and he said he would clean the spot if I really wanted him to get his equipment out of the truck again.
I said I would appreciate it if he did. Grudgingly, he did. The spot came right out.
When he left I decided to remove the cushions to allow them to stand freely to dry quicker. First thing I noticed was the crumbs and debris that had fallen between the cushions was still there ... untouched, even though Daniel told me I didn’t need to vacuum before he cleaned because his equipment was much stronger than my vacuum. Secondly, I noticed that the backside of the seat cushions were still soiled and completely dry to the touch. And, with a quick touch I discovered the backs of the back cushions and the back and sides of the loveseat were completely dry. It was evident that all he did was attempt to clean the seat cushions in place and the arms only down as far as the level of the cushions.
That was completely unacceptable so I immediately tried calling the office to request he come back and clean the other side of the cushions. I was hoping to catch him while he was still in the neighborhood. I got caught in your call answering system and had to press # and wait for someone to call me back. Eventually they did and I requested they send Daniel back to finish his job.
When he arrived I said ‘sarcastically’ I would like BOTH sides of the cushions cleaned because I occasionally flip them for even wear. He said, “Oh. I didn’t know you flipped them.” I didn’t hover as he cleaned them and vacuumed the crumbs. He gathered his equipment and left ... in a huff ... without a word.
The loveseat looked bad. It was a little better after Daniel’s attention, but it still looked dirty. I figured I didn’t have anything to lose so I removed the seat cushion covers, used a spray spot treatment product on a couple of the worse areas, and tossed them in the washer on gentle cycle/cold water/ minimal detergent and washed them.
They came out looking brand new! I tossed them in dryer until slightly damp. There was no shrinkage and they went back on with very little effort. My experience with Daniel was a complete waste of money.
I have used Zerorez in the past ... more than a handful of times for carpeting and upholstered pieces with great satisfaction. I have purchased more than my share of ‘empowered water’ for cleaning purposes. I believe in the Zerorez ‘no residue’ system.
BUT, it is only as good as the technician you send. And, you sent me someone who was completely unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent.
I have spent more time creating this response than Daniel did cleaning my loveseat. I’m done recommending Zerorez.

Cleaned the puppy pee mess out of our carpets. They look, feel, and smell great.
I was very happy with the customer service we received from Rachel. She was incredibly kind professional and knowledgable. She was very patient in answering all my questions and helping us to get our carpets clean while staying in budget. Her level of customer service well exceed expectations and because of that my husband and I plan to be long time customers.
Very efficient in time and scheduling. Carpets look great. Would recommend to anyone who needs their services.

I like everything except one factor about your services. The one thing I often find slightly dissatisfying is the transparency of your pricing. Your specials are often advertised and you highlight how inexpensive it is but often fail to make clear the service you’re discounting is a very basic cleaning that is often times not adequate for the level of cleaning that would prompt a consumer to contact you.
