Excellent service! We could breathe better and just feel the difference immediately. 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 kids. Our poor carpets needed this and we are thrilled with the results.
Everythjng went according to schedule and job well done.
I thought technician was very professional and thorough with discussion of services to be rendered. Technician was also prompt and completed work quickly and efficiently. However, it appears that the areas behind doors may have been missed. I paid additional charge to have master bedroom walk-in closet cleaned and it appears the area behind door was missed. I don't know if it's customary to only clean what's in view. If that's the case, I apologize for the lower score. In any case, I would like to know soy expectations will be different for next time I call for service. Thank you

The customer service was fantastic. The tech who came our to my home was not only friendly and personable, he also walked me through exactly what he would be doing in the home and what options I had. He was very thorough, and also updated me as he was going along. My carpets look and smell great!!

Our technician, Dion, was fantastic! 10/10! Our house was vacant and we were not there, so he called me to provide an update and make sure he had approval to take extra steps to get our floors looking as good as possible. He told me exactly how much it would cost, and he texted me before and after photos. Really great service!

Part of the job wasn't done. When I called to report it, I was told there could be an extra charge. When the service person returned three days later, he argued with me that it wasn't in the original quote and had to call his boss. After he came back in and said he would do it for "free," I reminded him that we discussed the best way to clean that runner when he first got here, the first day. He admitted that he remembered it and that we had, indeed, included it in the estimate. In order to have the second appointment, I had to again catch and put away four cats and two dogs. This is a huge task. Also, I work over nights, so it meant losing sleep again. It was highly annoying and I felt like I was being called a liar.

I love how soft the carpets feel after being treated!!!!
