Our technician was very nice, very knowledgeable, very informative. He walked us through the whole process, was courteous, and cleaned up any mess he made. When we schedule again, we’d like to have him again.
I loved the professionalism of the tech. He was very knowledgeable about the Zerorez product and he thoroughly explained everything to us. He was very respectful of our home, even placing corner protectors up. He was also very respectful of the Coronavirus concerns most of us have, and he wore a mask and booties the entire time he was in our house. He was polite and friendly, and we will always use Zerorez as long as your techs and product are this awesome!
Our carpet is many years old, and as usual, it looks almost brand new! So does our tile. Thanks!

Zerorez is one of the best carpet cleaners I have ever experienced using. No crunchy feeling in the carpet after they are cleaned and dried. I have been using them for about 2 years now and every time I use them they do a thorough job, they take their time, very professional and courteous. Dion was my technician this time around and he was fabulous. I will be requesting him each time I schedule

Fantastic service & Dion did an outstanding job
It wasn't necessarily anything you did do or did not do. My rental property carpet was cleaned, initially from a traditional carpet cleaner. The carpet remained crunchy in areas. My son has raved about you, sent me your online information. Went on line and was impressed with website. So, I made appointment to have living room done and if it made a difference would go ahead and have the rest of the house done. It did look a little better but no improvement on stains and carpet less crunchy but still there. I do not believe the last renters I had ever cleaned or vacuumed. I gave a 5, because I am neutral about your service. The technician that came out was great and I feel he did the best he could with the condition of the carpet. Thank you, First name removed
Tech was great. Being elderly I was greatly disappointed in the fact we had to move the furniture ourselves.

My rug did not look clean at all. The rug was 7 months old and after the cleaning it looked the same.
The guy cleaning the rug had no explanation other than the fibers faded. This room gets no direct sun light.

The job was done as I expected my carpets looked brand new. Jordan was extremely professional and polite. He took extreme care in doing the job and explaining everything he was doing.

The tech could have went over the carpet more than once he was only here for 30 min and cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway

Let us know when the appointment is set up how long we should refrain from walking on the carpets after they've been cleaned and treated. We didn't know anything about that until Robby told us when he finished. We could have adjusted our movements better had we known.
