I loved how clean my carpets got!
Well we told the guy that we accidentally select a 3 room cleaning when it was 2 and still got charged for 3. Also don’t appreciate that there is no warning that there is an additional fee for apartments up stairs. I can understand why but that’s kinda important when you not informed until it’s last minute. And then the cost for spot cleaning was ridiculously priced. Could just replace to carpet for that price he quoted. Unpleasant experience overall

I couldn't be more pleased with the way my filthy carpets turned out - they look new! I'll be calling you again in 6 months and meantime, if you do as good a job on grout, you can expect a call for me to set up that cleaning as well.
Well the first few days the carpet looked amazing then after it dried, you could still see the spots. Very disappointing
