The way my carpet smelled so clean
Excessive costs for pet stain and odor extraction. So I paid for a normal cleaning, then rented a shampooer and bought enzyme products to do it myself, and found that the normal cleaning by zerorez did not clean well at all. I emailed you more of the story...wasn't impressed by the response I got.
Zerorez has totally lost it!!! I've used you a few times and had good results. You now don't stand behind your work! You came out, tried to up sell me for an area in the back bedroom, carpet we are replacing. Then did a horrible job in the living room, left light and dark stripes that weren't there before. I asked the guy before he left and he did nothing. Called later that day and they told me it was just wet.Now the customer service refuse to fix it. Another shoddy company that doesn't stand behind their work! Never again!!! ZEROREZ SUCKS!

He did not go over the bill or additional charges. I was surprised of the additional charges when i got the bill. An explanation of them by the tech would have been nice, and to be gone over, BEFORE he did the work. Very disappointed as you came highly recommended.

I was surprised that they finished in less than 30 minutes (including set-up and take away). So equivalent to 1 hour if it was just one person. Felt like they just vacuumed (with water and protector). My previous two experiences with Zerorez (techs David M and Joshua M) were 10 times better.
