I called and pieced out everything with a rep for 15 minutes. When the tech got yo my house the quote was wrong and you customer service wouldn’t make itvright. I bought a cheaper package only because I moved all my furniture and prepped for the entire house to be clean. IThe tech was great. Too bad I won’t be using you anymore. Customer service and price point is important to me. You lost a great cistomer over $50. You also put your techs in a difficult position when they ho to homes that are priced wrong. Apparently it happens a lot. Fix your issues!

Right after you cleaned the carpet it was wonderfully soft. The next day it was stiff. This was the first time I used your service and everyone had said it left the carpet soft. Is this normal.

This is the first time I have used ZeroRez. A friend had told me how he had been so impressed with the job they had done for him. We called made the appointment which they were able to get us in the next day. We had done some remodeling so that added to the problem. They did a fantastic job on our carpet, even getting out a red wine stain that I was sure never would come out. Thanks ZeroRez you are my go to carpet cleaning company from here out.
