As usual... my carpet is now spotless. Love Zerorez! My Tech. David M., was very respectful and professional of our house but more importantly of our needs.

Tech that as sent to my home was excellent in all ways,job was done quickly and did not leave that typical chemical smell.The carpet feels much better after drying,not stiff and rough feeling.I am very happy with the service provided by Zerorez.
We would have appreciated it if we were told in advance that the carpets would take 6+ hrs to dry. We couldn't move any of our furniture back cause we were told it would stain. Our tech told us he would leave foam stoppers to put our furniture on to avoid staining but he forgot. We had to check into a hotel for the night since we were unable to move our furniture back. Also, a portrait was shattered doing the cleaning. The carpets looked a little cleaner than before but sadly, it didn't seem to have been a major improvement like the pictures shown online. Despite all this, the tech was very nice and professional throughout this process

The on-line booking process is simple. The cleaning team shows up on time. They did a great job cleaning our carpets while also taking care not to scratch doors, furniture, etc. The house smells great after the job is finished; no odors of cleaning materials/chemicals. I made my payment using my phone based on a text that I received which made paying quick and easy.
