I waited a few days to see if the smell would dissipate, but it did not. We spent a lot of money to have our carpets cleaned and my son’s room smells worse than it did before. It smells like wet dog. We did everything to try to get rid of the smell, opened the window, turned on the fan, etc. Very disappointed. We would like someone to come back out and remedy this.

The only suggestion I have would be to show the home owner the dirty water being pulled out. It would be nice to see how much is being cleaned.

The technician was on time, very professional and nice. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He had me point out any areas of concern and treated those first. He was able to get out the ketchup on spilled on the carpet...oh joy. The best thing is my whole house smells great and my carpets don't crunch. I recommend my tech he was so thorough.

The tech was great, professional and detailed oriented. The act of scheduling an appointment was frustrating. I had 4 different names I was dealing with. Tried to call Patty back, got someone else, then two more after that. Seemed very sloppy

The technician was on time however less than 15 minutes into the job he hit the water supply behind the toilet causing it to burst. Damage was done wherein a plumber was needed to repair the pipe along with a water remediation company was brought in as there was water damage behind the walls. This resulted in baseboards being removed from a freshly painted home (ready to go on the market) and fans/dehumidifiers having to be placed in the home for a minimum of 48 hours. After that, new baseboards will have to be installed and repainted. Not to mention... during the tile cleaning, the technician put protectors on the corners of the rooms however I had to call back in the painter to touch up the corners where the technician's cleaning hose caused damage.

I am very happy with the results of my recent carpet cleaning. Joshua was very informative and professional throughout the cleaning process. He was able to remove stains other companies had charged me extra for, and still had not remove them completely. I would highly recommend zero Rez and Joshua to anyone.

Zerorez runs a very professional business. Appointment setup is professional, the notification process prior to the driver arriving is good, and your carpet cleaners are very professional. The carpets are not crunchy after they dry - there is no left over residue.
