The carpet is only 6 months old ...normal wear on carpet..just doesn't look any cleaner then it did before spending $255.00 dollars to have it cleaned...Just expected more .. Your adds can be miss leading... We have used other companies and have seen better results..Your team member was very nice and friendly. Had higher hopes on the impowered water ...
Friendly staff and great product
There were some small areas that did not come clean. I was a little surprised considering all the positive ads I have seen on the zero rez method of cleaning. The guy doing the cleaning noticed this also and commented that likely it is due to a "worn area". My carpet is only two yrs. old so doubt this is the reason. Maybe he should have used more spray, let the spray stay on longer or ran the suction/brush over it a few more times. Also he was not wearing a mask nor did he have anything covering his shoes, but gave me a bundle of shoe covers before he left. I also feel that the charges are a little steep. $180 for three rooms (two very small) and a hallway is too much, especially considering how long he was here, which is not long at all, maybe an hour?? So hoping that the one positive thing that comes out of this is that the carpeting will not attract new dirt as quickly as other carpet cleaning methods.

Fast and very professional techs. My carpets do not smell like chemicals and does not leave the sticky feeling. The carpets dry very quickly and smells clean and great.
Always pleased with Zerorez. This year we had puppy training spots that are now long gone!
The Zerorez employee came to our home right on time -- 8:00am -- yesterday.
Rachel was professional and very nice to work with. She had us look at each room she had just finished to be sure we were pleased with the outcome of the carpet cleaning. Six rooms perfectly done ... our carpet looks beautiful again. Rachel did not outstanding job in our home. She is a great representative of Zerorez!
Carpets looked exactly the same as before you arrived AND the house smelled like dirty or musty water for several hours after you left.
Besides the bad smell, couldn't even tell you were here...
Doesn’t use harsh chemicals
I had my carpets cleaned by another local company, and while they did a good job, you could still see some stains in high traffic areas. I decided to call zerorez out and the carpets look brand new
