Your process seems to do better at preventing spots from rturning
The carpets I had cleaned look good. However, after having the tile/grout cleaned twice due to the white residue product left in the corners and edges, I am not totally satisfied.
Even after the second visit, I still had to go back and scrub with a toothbrush those areas left with residue, which I feel I shouldn’t have had to do.
I have had my tile/grout cleaned before by other companies and did not have this issue and extra work cleaning up afterwards.
I have used Zero Res for several years. I appreciate appointment calls in advance, techs on time, a professional job each time.
Our technician did great! He was very friendly and professional. Our carpets however, we can’t really see a big difference. I definitely don’t think it was worth $270.
I trust the company, your representative was very nice and worked very hard.

After treatment of my twin 3 year old daughters bedroom they stopped coughing waking themselves up at night thanks to new clean and Zero chemical residue carpet.
We asked for someone to come back out after our tenant had hired you to clean the carpets at when she moved out. We were charged another $450 for pet treatment after the $365 our tenant paid. For that much money those carpets should be pristine. Your tech also advised that he would go back over all of the other stains that hadn’t come up the first time. He lied.... in the two bedrooms there was only 1 tiny wet area that he “touched”. He also argued with me about what I said was a stain & he insisted it was an imprint from furniture. There are multiple stains. I am a Realtor and Property Manager for a very large company and am asked by owners and tenants all the time “ who would you recommend for carpet cleaning” ? I can say with 100% certainty that it will NOT be ZeroRes. I’m going to have to spend more money now to have another company out to do it right!

I am amazed how clean my cream colored carpets turned out. They got pretty dirty because of a situation where we had to come in and out of the house for a month regularly. I didn't think they would get them as clean as they are...I was amazed and VERY happy.
The service was good, and the man who did the cleaning was very nice. My only complaint is that my carpet was done at 2pm and was still wet in spots the next morning.

Carpet cleaner was very professional and wanted me to know he was interested in doing a good job. I have not seen the carpet since it was cleaned but will see it tomorrow and let you know if the stained travel path was removed.
