Had our kitchen tile cleaned, and quite a few areas close to the baseboards were not cleaned. While the rest of our grout looks great, we now have some very visible spots. Our carpet turned out great, but not at all satisfied with the tile cleaning.
Customer Service was great from start to finish. Carpets were well cleaned and showed it!

Unless you have stubborn stains they do not use harsh chemicals and it gets the carpet clean and doesn't leave a soapy residue

I did not get the 3 rooms for 135 special. I just needed one small room cleaned and a small hallway. I paid over $200.00. I was charged $75 for special treatment for a pet stain, but it still smells.
Performed all services as expected. No surprises. Came in, did the job, and left in an efficient manner.
Service tech was on time and friendly. Nice new clean van. Carpets look like new! No smelly chemicals and the carpets weren’t soaking wet. They dried quickly with the system you use. Amazing job!

More up front pricing would be helpful. I had pet stains and I was hit with an unexpected $75 charge. I also wasn't aware that there was going to be a 2" hose that needed to be propped open through the front door. The technician and I came up with an alternate solution and was able to run the hose through the window. We have pets and it was too hot to keep them outside for 2 hours.
The carpet looks brand new and it dried very quickly. the next two days it smelled like wet hay.
Overall, the technician was very nice and accommodating, The carpet looked brand new, and he thought outside of the box when trying to come up with solutions to propping the front door open when it was 109 outside.
We were very impressed with Rachel, who worked and worked and worked to remove stains in three rooms.
